• Assist with household tasks, including laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation

• Develop and maintain a warm and welcoming environment, fostering a sense of comfort and well-being

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination

• Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans
