SNAP Navigator & Community Nutrition Advocate

CHASI is seeking a Nutritional Navigator to provide person-centered SNAP assistance in Staten Island. You will conduct pre-screenings, assist with applications and required verifications, and monitor progress to reduce barriers to enrollment and ongoing benefits. The role requires strong communication, organization, and data-entry skills, with travel to CHASI sites as needed.
