Crisis Care Coordinator: Mental Health Crisis & Recovery Navigator
Hill Country Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Centers
Hill Country Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Centers seeks a Crisis Care Coordinator to provide comprehensive crisis care, from intervention to follow-up, across county locations and virtual/onsite settings. You will assess crises, develop recovery plans, and coordinate with partners to ensure timely ANSA/CANS documentation and appropriate hospital referrals. The role requires a QMHP credentialing path, a Texas driver’s license, and certification in PMAB, First Aid, CPR within three #J-18808-Ljbffr Hill Country Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Centers
