As a Food Service Manager, you will have the opportunity to assist with overseeing all food service, safety and sanitation, and operations functions for dining services on campus for students, faculty & guests. What you'll be doing: Recruiting, training, and retaining a large staffing team, including food service workers, cashiers, baristas, cooks, and catering team members. Ensuring that the operation delivers high quality food and friendly service. Ensuring that the business runs in a professional, efficient, and profitable manner. Demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills with all employees. What we're looking for: Must-haves: High school diploma or equivalent. At least two years’ experience in a supervisory role. At least two years’ foodservice experience. Proven track record of financial responsibility. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Nice-to-haves: Where you'll be working: Albany State University - Radium Campus Compensation Range Compensation up to $58,000 / year based on experience.
