Sales and Training Enablement Manager (Deerfield, IL)

Baxter seeks a Sales Training and Enablement Manager in Deerfield, Illinois to develop and deliver training content for sales professionals on products, clinical topics, and selling skills. The role involves designing training across multiple formats, collaborating with marketing and sales leadership, and analyzing effectiveness metrics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver virtual and live training sessions on products, clinical content, and selling skills
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure training supports product launches and strategy implementation
• Lead new hire onboarding classes, including facilitation and performance assessments
• Analyze training metrics and success indicators to identify improvement opportunities
• Implement innovative learning tools and delivery methods to enhance retention and effectiveness

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in education, business, marketing, or instructional design
• Six years field sales and/or sales training experience, preferably in medical devices or hospital capital equipment
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality presentations to diverse audiences and learning levels
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with customer interaction experience
• Demonstrated analytical and independent decision-making capabilities
• Knowledge of sales methodologies for hospital capital equipment preferred
• Understanding of product knowledge and customer needs in healthcare context

Compensation: $112,000-$154,000 base annually, eligible for commission
