Our client in Lincolnshire, IL seeks a bilingual HR professional passionate about developing people, strengthening workplace culture, and driving organizational success. General Responsibilities of an HR Manager:

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee records.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Coordinate payroll administration and employee data management.
• Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers.
• Handle employee relations matters, investigations, and workplace concerns.
• Lead recruiting, hiring, and onboarding initiatives.
• Review and improve HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Support performance management, coaching, and employee development.
• Partner with leadership to strengthen organizational effectiveness and workplace culture.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and recommend practical solutions that support company growth.

Ideal Background for an HR Manager:

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience preferred; candidates with 3-5 years of strong HR experience will also be considered.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish with the ability to communicate workplace policies and HR information effectively.
• Experience with payroll administration and HR systems.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, or operational environments is preferred.
• Comfortable working in a small-business environment where wearing multiple hats
• Strong Excel skills including data entry, sorting, filtering, basic formulas, and reporting.
• HR certifications or relevant HR education are a plus.
