Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality patient care : Deliver skilled nursing care to our residents, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.

Assess and prioritize patient needs : Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and develop individualized care plans to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team : Work closely with our team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and support staff, to ensure comprehensive care.

Maintain accurate records : Document patient care, progress notes, and other essential information in our electronic medical records system.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives : Contribute to quality improvement projects, such as falls prevention, medication management, and infection control.

Requirements:

Current RN license : Possess an active Registered Nurse license in the state of Minnesota.

Minimum 1 year of experience : Enjoy a strong foundation in nursing practice, with at least 1 year of experience as a registered nurse.

Strong clinical skills : Possess excellent clinical skills, including knowledge of medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
