Medical Assistant Certified

Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse will provide skilled nursing care and support within outpatient medical clinics across multiple regions in the Seattle area. This role requires floating between various specialty clinics to cover same-day staffing needs, ensuring continuous patient care. The nurse will perform clinical duties including patient assessments, medication administration, and treatment planning while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team. Strong communication skills and reliable transportation are essential for success in this fast-paced, dynamic environment. Responsibilities: Required Skills & Certifications:

Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Washington. Minimum of 1 year experience as a Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C) in an adult or pediatric outpatient clinic setting. Experience in General/Family Practice, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics outpatient clinics. Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records system. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable transportation to travel between multiple clinic locations. Preferred Skills & Certifications:

Experience working in multiple outpatient specialty clinics. Ability to adapt to a variety of clinic environments and workflows. Prior experience floating between units or clinics. Special Considerations:

Floating between multiple clinic locations across three regions (Central, North, East Seattle) is mandatory. Shift schedules are communicated early morning via text message (between 6:00 and 6:30 AM). Shifts begin promptly at 8:00 AM with 1.5 to 2 hours allowed for travel after notification. No weekend, holiday, or on-call requirements. Scrub color must be any solid color except purple. Scheduling:

Work schedule consists of five 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Daily assignments and clinic locations are provided the morning of the shift. Orientation includes 4 to 5 weeks of rotating with a preceptor before full independent floating.
