Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic practice in Hillsborough, NJ. New graduates are encouraged to apply. Our clinic is dedicated to providing individualized treatment with one-on-one patient care, allowing therapists to deliver the highest standard of care without the pressures of a high-volume corporate setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.

• Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and appropriate modalities.

• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention.

• Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

• Ensure compliance with clinic policies, insurance requirements, and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required.

• Active New Jersey Physical Therapy License (or license-eligible candidates awaiting licensure).
