Salary and Benefits

• Annual salary range of $215,000 to $230,000 for clinical duties
• $150/hour for administrative time (one day per week)

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient-only primary care services (Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics)
• See a minimum of 14 patients per day
• Oversee approximately 15 clinical providers
• Supervise mid-level providers and collaborate on clinical operations
• Serve as administrative lead one day per week (80% clinical, 20% admin)
• Oversee the substance use disorder program
• Lead efforts to reduce open encounters and improve EMR documentation (Greenway system)
• Collaborate with administrative leadership on efficiency and clinical quality initiatives
• Support underserved populations with high Medicaid usage

Requirements

• Board-certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics
• At least 10 years of clinical experience
• Demonstrated leadership qualities (formal leadership experience not required)
• Comfortable with both clinical and administrative responsibilities
• Commitment to working with underserved populations
