Don't miss this opportunity! We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing multi-specialty outpatient clinic in Monroe, NY. This is a full-time opportunity for a provider with a strong background in primary care/family medicine who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include providing comprehensive primary care and family medicine services to adult and pediatric patients, diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions, performing physical exams, preventive care visits, and routine follow-ups, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, developing treatment plans and coordinating patient care, and documenting all patient encounters accurately and timely. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals within the clinic.

Qualifications include a current and unrestricted NP or PA license in New York, national certification as applicable, strong experience in primary care or family medicine, excellent clinical, communication, and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
