Responsibilities:

1. Work with supervisor and Monroe facility management to ensure production goals are met. 
2. Comply with all Monroe policies, safety procedures and PPE requirements.
3. Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
4. Prepare boxes, foam-filled packing material and bubble wrap for packing drums.
5. Learn AS400 system to ensure accuracy in material and labeling process.
6. Ensure drums match correctly to serial numbers and other identification numbers on shipping labels.
7. Pack drums securely to avoid shipping damage, recheck for label accuracy, seal, and place labels on box.
8. Place on skid and transport via forklift to shipping. 
9. Requires ability to operate forklift meeting all safety requirements.
10. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. Ability to read, follow directions, and good communication skills.
2. Basic computer skills required.
3. Ability to work with others in a team environment.
4. Maintain regular attendance.
5. Ability to stand and or walk for extended periods of time.
6. Ability to lift a maximum of 50 pounds.
7. May occasionally require the following activities: climbing, bending, reaching, lifting, twisting, standing, stooping, kneeling, finger/hand dexterity, grasping, talking, hearing, and visual acuity.
8. Work is performed indoors.
