This opportunity supports a team focused on marketing campaign initiatives, where you’ll partner with product managers, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to deliver data‑driven outcomes in an Agile environment. Responsibilities Partner with stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, and opportunities related to marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives. Lead requirements gathering sessions and document business, functional, and technical requirements. Analyze current‑state processes, identify gaps, and recommend future‑state solutions that align with business goals. Create and maintain user stories, features, process flows, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation. Collaborate with product managers, developers, designers, and subject matter experts to ensure solutions meet business needs. Facilitate discussions, prioritize requirements, and support Agile ceremonies and delivery activities. Coordinate business testing efforts, including test planning, execution, validation, and stakeholder sign‑off. Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance business outcomes. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members and contribute to best practices in business analysis. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. 4+ years of business analysis experience supporting technology and business initiatives. Strong experience gathering, documenting, and managing business and technical requirements. Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments. Demonstrated ability to perform current‑state analysis, gap analysis, and process improvement. Experience creating user stories, process flows, and business documentation. Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to analyze complex information from multiple sources and translate it into clear, actionable requirements. Experience using Atlassian Jira or similar Agile project management tools. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting marketing, customer engagement, or campaign‑related initiatives. Experience documenting process flows and workflow diagrams. Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Technical acumen and experience translating business needs into technical requirements. Experience with Power BI, SQL, Adobe Analytics, or related analytics and reporting tools. Experience facilitating cross‑functional collaboration across product, business, and technology teams. The base range for this contract position is $40.00 - $50.00 per hour, depending on experience. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all U.S. locations. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional job‑related factors.
