CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE ????

We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Customer Service Representative to join a growing HVAC team!

Responsibilities:

Handle 70+ incoming calls per day
Schedule HVAC service appointments
Enter customer and job details accurately
Coordinate with dispatch and office staff
Handle reschedules, cancellations, and updates
Follow up with customers and provide excellent service
Stay organized while managing multiple tasks

Requirements:

3+ years of customer service experience preferred
Comfortable handling high call volume
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Professional and friendly phone manner
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Basic computer skills
HVAC, dispatch, appointment scheduling, or ServiceTitan experience is a plus!
