We are looking for a Business Analyst to support operational and technology-focused initiatives within a real estate property and facilities management environment in Fresno, California. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who can evaluate business needs, interpret documentation, and turn findings into practical recommendations that improve service delivery and business performance. The role will partner with stakeholders across customer support and property operations to analyze workflows, identify gaps, and contribute to solution planning and implementation efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and interpret business needs from cross-functional teams to define clear objectives, process improvements, and functional expectations.

• Review business and operational documents in detail to identify inconsistencies, risks, and opportunities for greater efficiency.

• Analyze current workflows within property management functions to recommend practical enhancements.

• Assist with software implementation activities by evaluating impacts, validating requirements, and supporting stakeholder alignment.

• Work with data from operational and accounting systems to identify trends, support decision-making, and improve reporting accuracy.

• Contribute to integration-related efforts by helping assess data flow needs, documenting dependencies, and supporting issue resolution.

• Provide insight into commercial property management and property accounting processes to ensure solutions align with business operations.

• At least 2 years of experience in business analysis or a closely related role.

• Hands-on experience with document review, requirements analysis, and business process evaluation.

• Working knowledge of Yardi Voyager and RentCafe within property management or property accounting environments.

• Familiarity with software implementation projects and the ability to support requirement gathering and validation activities.

• Understanding of commercial property management operations and associated business workflows.

• Experience analyzing data and translating findings into actionable business recommendations.

• Exposure to data integration concepts and the ability to document system and process dependencies.
