The Production Clerk II is a key position responsible for supporting production by managing label inventory and ensuring inventory accuracy in the label room. This position is responsible for creating, verifying, and issuing production labels, as well as maintaining and updating the production Kanban board. The Clerk II has the responsibility to serve as a backup for scheduling runs for production and assist with the creation of ePBR's within the MX system. This position interacts with employees and management from other departments within doTERRA to report issues and ask for instructions on how to handle things such as label shortages or labels that are incorrect.
*Available schedule: 6 am - 2:30 pm Monday to Friday.
Job Responsibilities
- Create and verify shipping labels, lot code stickers, and LFC produced stickers.
- Issue and manage labels for production runs. This includes both OVL and Kitting.
- Verify SKU numbers, batch numbers, quantities, and related product information for accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain and monitor label room inventory to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Perform monthly label purges to remove expired, obsolete, and S-blocked labels.
- Generate and maintain aged label analysis reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Process label transfers within SAP and WM systems.
- Create label STO's(Stock Transport Orders) between warehouse plants and distribution locations.
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits for label materials and supplies.
- Maintain and update Kanban board to track inventory levels, workflow status, and replenishment needs.
- Utilize Adobe Workfront to create, track, and update tickets related to label revisions, production issues, and process improvements.
- Serve as a backup for production scheduling duties by setting the daily dashboard and tracking month-to-date production goals and metrics.
- Serve as a backup to create ePBR's in the MX system.
- Work with the production team as needed.
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in SAP, Excel, WM.
- Operational Knowledge.
- Inventory management experience.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a competitive drive.
