Director of Digital Marketing

Driving digital strategy and execution, the full-time Director of Digital Marketing will manage paid media channels, optimize campaign structures, and enhance website conversion rates in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities Own and manage paid media channels, including strategy and performance metrics focused on cost per opportunity Lead conversion rate optimization efforts and oversee the website as a primary conversion asset Design and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) ad campaigns to support sales initiatives Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing or demand generation, preferably in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment Proven experience managing paid media at scale, with a focus on pipeline and cost per opportunity Hands-on experience with website performance, mobile optimization, and conversion strategies Strong background in SEO and AEO, with demonstrated results in high-intent commercial keywords Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
