This role is primarily service‑focused, supporting customers with policy needs, billing questions, and claims assistance while also identifying in‑book sales opportunities when appropriate. Role Overview As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service to our policyholders. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to anticipate customer needs will help ensure a seamless customer experience while contributing to the continued growth of the agency. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, resolving problems, and occasionally pivoting service conversations into coverage recommendations that benefit the customer.
