Project Coordinator

A Day in the Life of the Timely complete digital requests for new purchase orders, change orders, and invoices as requested. Communicate with multiple departments to ensure accurate information is shared. Maintain digital records for various processes, contractors, and teams. Keep all process documents updated and organized as changes occur. Assist with development of training programs as required. Other duties as assigned. What You Bring to the Table 1+ years as a Project Coordinator. Strong critical‑thinking, attention to detail and time‑management skills. Ability to track and analyze data. Effective communication with peers, boundary partners and leadership; provide status updates as needed. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment without supervision. Strong computer skills preferred. Education High school diploma or equivalent. Benefits 401(k) retirement plan with employer match. Base Compensation The base compensation range for this position is $26.00 – $33.00 per hour, plus opportunities for benefits. Actual pay will vary based on qualifications, experience and capabilities.
