Night Auditor

We are seeking a guest-oriented individual to join our team as a Night Auditor at our brand new Residence Inn in Wilmington, DE! This property is managed by Gulph Creek Hotels (Wayne, PA). Key Responsibilities Greet all guests (internal and external) in a friendly, professional manner and in accordance with Marriott standards Process reservations, check-ins, and check-outs Provide exceptional guest service and respond to requests promptly Ensure guest satisfaction by following through on all needs and concerns Share information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions Maintain accurate guest records, billing, and payment information Handle in-house account balances and notify management of concerns Balance cash, credit card transactions, and shift reports Maintain daily logs and checklists Communicate effectively with team members and other departments (Housekeeping, Maintenance, Security, etc.) Follow all safety and operational standards Maintain a high level of professional appearance and consistent attendance Keep work areas clean and organized Adhere to all company policies and procedures and consistently exemplify company values in all interactions Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required Previous customer service experience preferred Skills & Abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to read, write, and speak English effectively Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, percentages, etc.) Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Physical Requirements Regularly stand, walk, and use hands for extended periods Frequently reach with hands and arms Occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch Lift up to 50 pounds occasionally Must have close and distance vision, color vision, and focus ability #J-18808-Ljbffr Crisp Hotel Management LLC
