Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to discuss financial obligations with clients, act as a client-pet advocate and update various doctors and technicians regarding client's financial situation and the client's goals for the pet's treatment. This position requires a basic understanding of medical knowledge as explaining treatment plans to clients is fundamental to the job.
