Our client, a leading organization in property and facilities management, is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join their team. As a Facilities Coordinator, you will be part of the Property & Facilities Management department supporting a dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and flexibility, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Coordinate work orders, vendor management, and communication between stakeholders
• Schedule repairs and review data to monitor performance and progress
• Maintain accurate documentation including work orders, proposals, and files
• Assist with office and parking space allocation
• Present information to internal departments and large groups of employees

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED with 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Intermediate problem-solving skills and the ability to review and select solutions independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong organizational skills and a curious mindset
• General math skills including calculating percentages, discounts, and markups
