Senior Project Manager

Growing company seeks a leader to manage daily operations, performance, safety, customer satisfaction, and team leadership. This role plays a critical part in implementing strategic initiatives, leading operational processes, and driving long-term business growth in alignment with the company’s mission to be the most trusted contractor in California. The GM will also serve as a key liaison between the branch and corporate leadership, supporting consistency across all branches. Supervisory Responsibilities: Directly supervise all branch staff, including administrative, technical, and field operations personnel Responsible for hiring, training, coaching, performance evaluations, and team development Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, and operational protocols across the branch Duties/Responsibilities: Operational Oversight: Lead all day-to-day operations, including safety, logistics, and field execution; implement EOS processes such as L10s, scorecards, and issue tracking; drive process improvements; own branch P&L with responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, and EBITDA targets; collaborate with finance on financial reporting and job costing; support cost control, pricing, and margin initiatives. Business Development: Drive sales efforts utilizing CRM, manage key accounts, and pursue regional outreach; improve customer presentations and proposals; identify and pursue new growth opportunities in municipal, industrial, and agricultural sectors. Strategic Initiatives: Partner on acquisition screening and integration; support launching new branches; formalize vendor and subcontractor partnerships. Leadership & Team Development: Promote career growth through training; mentor future leaders; foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability; represent the company at industry events and community initiatives; coordinate with internal teams; perform other duties as assigned.
