The Operations team is responsible for deploying and maintaining Einride’s autonomous electric truck solution at client sites. Your mission when joining as Autonomous Operations Manager is to lead our Operations team and deliver on upcoming customer deployments. You will: Lead, secure and expand the Operations team to make sure the team is educated, up to date and big enough to deliver on customer contracts. Own the relation to customers and partners for daily Operations, handling and resolving requests, regular updates and general communication. Manage daily operations and planning including resources, documentation, processes & vehicle updates. Analyze, optimize, and report on performance to secure KPIs and SLAs. We expect you to: Have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain/Operations, or Logistics. Have extensive experience from customer facing roles from Freight Logistics, Fleet Management, or Autonomous Vehicle operations. Experience with heavy-duty vehicles is strongly preferred. Demonstrated interest in new technologies, specifically within electric & autonomous transport, and sustainability. Be able to communicate fluently in English & Swedish, both written and verbally. German is beneficial. This is a full-time position based in Gothenburg.
