Customer Service Rep - Apex Centre (Part-Time)

Job Title

Responsible for creating the first and last impressions of The Apex Centre experience for Members and Guests by providing warm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewells who enter and leave the facility.

Essential Functions/Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

Essential duties and responsibilities include providing positive and enthusiastic customer service, assisting with program registrations, promoting facilities and services, conducting oneself professionally, attending employee meetings, adhering to standards of operation, resolving customer questions/complaints, processing sales, arriving on time, and performing other tasks as needed. Other job functions include performing other duties as assigned, applying common sense, working in a team environment, building professional relationships, offering flexibility and adaptability, and communicating effectively.

Required Qualifications

Minimum qualifications include being at least eighteen years of age, having basic computer and phone skills, and cash handling skills. Preferred qualifications include some related work experience. Conditions of employment include passing a drug screen and background check.

Physical Demands/Supplemental

Physical demands include sitting, standing, walking, reaching, lifting up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds. Employees will stand and walk for extended periods of time. The work environment is indoor and smoke and drug-free, but may be wet and humid, and moderately loud. Outdoor work may expose employees to extreme weather conditions.
