Our agency opened in 2015 and is a close-knit team of four with a strong foundation in experience and collaboration. Before becoming an agent, I worked in logistics sales with Caterpillar and bring over 25 years of experience with State Farm, which helps guide how we support both our customers and our team. I’m a graduate of the University of Denver and originally from Illinois. I’m a proud parent of three and grandparent to seven, and family is a big part of my life. Outside of work, I enjoy playing guitar and staying involved in music. Giving back is important to me, and I stay active in the community by volunteering with organizations like Swallow Hill Music and Heavenly Peace. For our team, we offer professional development opportunities, a flexible schedule when goals are met, a Simple IRA, and health benefits to support both personal and professional growth. As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Don Middleton - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
