???? Location: Defense Supply Center Columbus (DSCC), 401 N. Yearling Road, Whitehall, OH
???? Pay: $18.55 per hour
???? Schedule: Monday–Friday | 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
???? Transportation Available from Newark

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support a team of 8–10 employees to meet daily cleaning goals
• Ensure all tasks are completed to contract standards and quality expectations
• Keep operations running smoothly by maintaining accurate records and staying organized
• Provide direction, encouragement, and accountability to your team
• Participate in required trainings and promote a culture of continuous improvement
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and customers
• Step in where needed—your leadership sets the tone

What You Bring

• At least 18 years of age
• A Federal REAL ID (star in the top right corner)
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen (including THC)
• Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility

• Ability to work independently while guiding others

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Comfort standing for extended periods (with breaks)
• Ability to walk, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday
