Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of landscape workers to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. Coordinate daily tasks according to priorities and plans, adjusting as necessary to meet deadlines. Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on all work sites. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress. Train new crew members and provide ongoing guidance and support. Qualifications Proven experience as a Landscape Crew Leader or similar role. Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques and equipment. Excellent leadership and organizational skills. Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and blueprints. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions. Compensation $25-$30/hr Benefits 401k after 90 days (2) Weeks paid time off after 1 year of employment.
