About the job Registered Nurse - Endoscopy Registered Nurse (RN) – Endoscopy | Full-Time Location: Porterville,CA 93257 Setting: Acute Care Hospital – Endoscopy Unit Shift: Variable 8-hour shifts + On-Call Pay Range: $46.47 – $65.02 per hour (DOE) Bonus: Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus (for RNs with 3+ years of experience) About the Role Welltech Partners is partnering with a leading acute care hospital to hire a Registered Nurse (RN) – Endoscopy . This is an excellent opportunity for a clinically strong RN who thrives in a procedural setting and is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. In this role, you will provide holistic, individualized nursing care using the nursing process while supporting endoscopic procedures and ensuring patient safety across all age groups. Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive patient care across all stages: pre-procedure, intra-procedure, and post-procedure Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans Safely administer medications and monitor patient responses Assist with endoscopic procedures and ensure proper equipment handling Monitor and communicate changes in patient condition to the care team Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in line with hospital policies Ensure adherence to infection prevention protocols and safety standards Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, and interdisciplinary teams Support quality improvement initiatives and patient safety goals What We're Looking For Active California Registered Nurse (RN) License Current BLS Certification (required) ACLS Certification (required within 6 months of hire) Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with healthcare systems Work Environment & Expectations Ability to work flexible schedules , including weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts Participation in emergency response and disaster support as needed Commitment to professional conduct, compliance, and patient-centered care Why Join Through Welltech Partners?
