Our agency opened in 2022 and has experienced tremendous growth every year — and we're just getting started. I've been with State Farm since 2015 and have spent the past decade building a career centered around helping people protect what matters most. Originally from Minnesota and a graduate of the University of Minnesota–Twin Cities, I'm passionate about serving our community and creating opportunities for others to grow personally and professionally. Our team is currently small but mighty, with two full-time members and one part-time intern, and we're looking to expand. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining customer relationships to drive retention and growth, conducting policy reviews and providing recommendations to customers, overseeing the resolution of complex customer issues, and using your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

Qualifications include experience in insurance sales or account management preferred, leadership and interpersonal skills, a proven track record of meeting sales targets, and willingness to engage in sales conversations.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year.
