About our Agency: I opened my agency in 2013 after spending time in pharmaceutical sales, driven by a long-standing goal of becoming a business owner. I completed my undergraduate studies at Minnesota State Moorhead and earned my graduate degree from North Dakota State University. Outside of work, I have a background in MMA and boxing, which has shaped a disciplined, focused, and resilient approach to leadership. Our team includes four members, and we operate with a strong sense of accountability and ownership in everything we do.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
• Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
• Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
• Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.

Qualifications:

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
