This individual will work closely with Project Managers to coordinate subcontractors, track schedules and budgets, manage project documentation, and help drive projects from preconstruction through closeout. The ideal candidate is an early-career construction professional who is looking to grow into a Project Manager role and has strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.Key Responsibilities Support Project Managers with the planning and execution of commercial construction projects. Assist with subcontractor coordination, material procurement, scheduling, and project tracking. Prepare and maintain project documentation, contracts, RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and reports. Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential issues impacting schedule or budget. Conduct site visits to ensure quality, safety, and project alignment. Communicate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal project teams. Assist in resolving field and project-related issues throughout the construction lifecycle. Support multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and responsiveness.
