Description What You Will Be Doing

• Conduct routine and specialized clinical laboratory testsincluding chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyondfollowing best practices and established protocols.
• Review and analyze test results for precision, troubleshoot issues as they arise, and perform necessary maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as required.
• Keep detailed documentation of all procedures, mentor new staff or students, and uphold laboratory quality protocols.
• Ensure a safe and clean workspace that aligns with regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or its equivalent in allied health, with plans to obtain ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Board certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) through ASCP or AMT to be secured within one year of starting.
• Maintain your certification throughout your employment.
