Conveyor Maintenance Technician

This role involves performing general facility maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment at a manufacturing facility. The technician will detect equipment defects, maintain material handling batteries, troubleshoot problems, and support warehouse operations as needed. A high school diploma or GED is required; the position operates on a weekday afternoon-to-night shift with potential off-shift availability.

Responsibilities

• Perform general facility maintenance, repairs, and housekeeping tasks
• Execute preventative maintenance on machinery and building grounds
• Maintain material handling equipment batteries as required
• Detect and report defective materials or unsafe conditions to supervisors
• Assist other warehouse positions and provide backup coverage

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve maintenance issues
• Knowledge of preventative maintenance procedures
• Availability for off-shift work, weekends, and call-in activity
• Capability to detect and report equipment defects
