Surgical Technologist

Prepare and maintain sterile fields for surgical procedures

Set up OR rooms with appropriate instruments, supplies, and equipment

Anticipate surgeon needs and pass instruments during procedures

Ensure proper handling and accountability of surgical instruments and supplies

Assist with patient positioning and OR room turnover

Maintain strict sterile technique and infection control standards

Support a wide range of surgical specialties including:

• Orthopedics (spine & sports medicine)
• ENT
• Plastics
• OB (including C-sections)
• Vascular
• General Surgery
• Robotics (OB/GYN, General, Ortho)
• Urology & Podiatry

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) - Required

Minimum 1 year of recent OR experience

Strong experience across multiple surgical specialties

Familiarity with robotic-assisted procedures preferred

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced OR setting

Strong attention to detail and sterile technique

Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
