Your Key Responsibilities As a Sales Executive , you will oversee the entire sales cycle, from identifying and qualifying leads to closing sales. Your talent for building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering personalized facility service solutions will be crucial to your success. This role focuses on proactive prospecting, nurturing relationships, and strategic selling to foster business growth. Key Responsibilities Seek out new opportunities! Discover and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and on-site visits Conduct market research to gain insights into industry trends and uncover new opportunities Perform building surveys, showcase proposals, and successfully close sales by addressing client needs and overcoming any objections Build and nurture relationships with property managers, business owners, and industry associations Stay ahead of the game!
