A well-established, independent urology group of three urologists in Phoenix, Arizona is seeking a motivated general urologist to join a high-volume, growth-oriented practice with a clear pathway to partnership and significant long-term earning potential. This is an independent practice with full autonomy (no private equity or hospital employment).
