Office Leader (Traffic) Phoenix, Arizona Lee Engineering, a niche firm specializing in traffic engineering and transportation planning, is looking for their next Office Leader for their well-established Phoenix, Arizona office. In this role, the individual will lead the Phoenix office and be the face of the office for the region. In addition, the engineer will be responsible for winning new work with current, former, and new clients; oversee and manage traffic engineering projects; provide higher-level technical oversight and QA/QC on traffic engineering projects. Local experience is not required. Lee Engineering has a strong history of successful projects and client wins in the Phoenix area. It continues growing in the Phoenix market by offering a specialized and focused approach that provides clients unparalleled expertise in the increasingly complex field of traffic engineering. With the support of the firm’s experienced and talented staff, this role will help take the firm’s Phoenix traffic engineering market to the next level. This position features flexibility, work-life balance, and little travel. Lee Engineering has a small-business feel and a supportive company culture that truly values each employee and presents individuals with opportunities, experience, skills, and training that are unlike most in the industry. The firm was started 30+ years ago and currently has more than 50 employees in 6 offices. Requirements: BS in Civil Engineering or related engineering discipline. 12+ years of experience. Licensed Professional Engineer. Experience working with clients and the ability and desire to manage clients and staff and assist with business development.
