Senior Salesforce/MuleSoft Developer

VentureTech Group (VTG) is looking for an experienced Salesforce/MuleSoft Developer to join our delivery team. You'll work directly with clients and teammates to design, build, and deliver complex Salesforce solutions and enterprise integrations from start to finish. • Salary: $110k–$155k USD (flexible based on experience)

\n What you'll be doing

• Design, build, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and platform best practices.
• Own end-to-end integrations using MuleSoft and REST APIs.
• Partner directly with clients to understand business needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Build and support enterprise integrations processing large volumes of data.
• Collaborate with senior developers and architects on complex implementations.
• Contribute to solution design, code reviews, and continuous improvement across delivery teams.

What we're looking for

• Deep Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, SOQL, integrations).
• Strong hands-on MuleSoft development experience.
• Experience owning integrations from design through delivery.
• Comfortable working directly with clients and communicating technical concepts.
• Someone who enjoys solving complex technical problems and figuring things out.
• Curious, collaborative, accountable, and growth minded individuals

• Someone who watched a MuleSoft course last month.
• Someone who calls Flow development "deep Salesforce engineering."
