Financial Specialist At Superior Choice Credit Union, we are more than a financial institution. We are a team dedicated to helping people improve their financial well-being and achieve their goals. We are looking for a service-focused, detail-oriented Financial Specialist who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and guiding members through important financial decisions. As a Financial Specialist, you will provide exceptional member service while supporting transactions, account services, loan support, and product recommendations that help members reach their financial goals. What You'll Do
- Provide outstanding service to members and create a welcoming, professional branch experience.
- Assist members with deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, account transfers, account openings, and other financial transactions.
- Guide members through account and loan processes with clarity, accuracy, and care.
- Recommend products and services that support members' financial needs and goals.
- Answer member questions and help resolve concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Build strong relationships that encourage member loyalty and trust.
- Maintain compliance with credit union policies, procedures, and regulations.
- One to three years of experience in banking, finance, customer service, sales, or a related field.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to guide members through financial conversations and recommend solutions that meet their needs.
- Comfortable using computers, email, and office software.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
