Summary The Sales Professional focuses on client needs and builds relationships through attentive service, storytelling, and product expertise in timepieces and jewelry. This role maintains showroom standards, uses company systems, and supports the client experience while handling administrative and repair tasks as needed. Responsibilities Present product to clients using storytelling and technical detail while creating a hospitable atmosphere Build maintain and develop clientele using company CRM and relationship building Develop and maintain product and industry knowledge for showroom merchandise Organize merchandise and displays to optimize sales and minimize shrinkage Support showroom hospitality guidelines and deliver memorable client service Use company systems hardware and software independently to perform duties Complete administrative tasks that support the client experience Receive and deliver client repairs and turn clients over to teammates as needed Requirements Minimum high school diploma At least 1 year retail sales experience Excellent storytelling and client service skills Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast paced team environment Computer literate including MS Office Ability to stand for long periods and lift packages when required #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
