Job Description:
- Strong hands-on experience in extrusion manufacturing processes (plastics/metals/related domains).
- Proven track record in yield improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
- Deep expertise in Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience with Six Sigma (Black Belt/Master Black Belt preferred).
- Strong skills in root cause analysis, process optimization, and data-driven decision making.
Business Context:
- Current yield is ~70%, while the target is closer to 90% .
