Fantastic Assistant Manager Opportunity — Fast-Growing Fast-Casual Concept!

Company/Career Highlights:

Competitive Pay & Bonus: Hourly pay with flexibility to work 5 hours of OT, plus an achievable bonus of $200–$300 per 4-week period based on basic financials (like COGS).

What It Takes:

Role Responsibilities: Comfortable with light cooking and prep, inventory management, and hands-on interaction with both take-out and sit-down guests.
Physical Requirements: Some physical activity is required, including receiving and putting away truck deliveries.
Financial Awareness: Experience with inventory, basic financials, and P&Ls.
Guest & Team Focus: Neat appearance with an outgoing, friendly personality, team-player mindset, and a "can-do" attitude. Focus on relationships over transactions to create memorable guest experiences.
Leadership & Execution: Multi-tasking ability in a fast-paced environment, strong communication skills, and a track record of maintaining high standards in cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
