Corporate Transactions Attorney | Fully Remote – Up to $225k

Location/Schedule: Boston, MA (Fully Remote)

Base Salary: Up to $225k (plus performance incentives)

Practice: Corporate Transactions – Mergers & acquisitions, venture capital, private equity, corporate governance, joint ventures, and general corporate advisory for businesses, founders, and investors.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead and support complex corporate transactions, including M&A, venture financings, and joint ventures.
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents, shareholder agreements, and governance materials.
• Conduct due diligence and manage deal closings for businesses and investors.
• Advise clients on corporate governance, compliance, and strategic business matters.

Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates):

• JD and active bar admission (MA or multi-jurisdictional preferred).
• 3–7+ years of corporate transactional experience with strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Experience with venture capital, private equity, or M&A is a plus.
