Overview
Registered Nurse – Med Surg Tele, Morrisville, Vermont. Start date 06/08/2026 for a 13-week travel assignment with a weekly pay range of $2,081 to $2,206 and guaranteed hours of 36 per week. Shift: Rotating. Setting: hospital-based medical-surgical telemetry unit.

Responsibilities
- Deliver age-appropriate direct patient care using the Nursing Process within department standards.
- Monitor and respond to telemetry data; adjust care plans as needed in collaboration with the care team.
- Administer medications and treatments per orders; document actions accurately and timely.
- Coordinate care with physicians, other RNs, and interdisciplinary team members; escalate changes in patient condition per protocol.
- Assume leadership responsibilities within the unit, including delegation of tasks to other staff as appropriate.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal laws, regulations, and the department’s standards of care.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in the appropriate state (VT preferred or eligible for VT licensure).
- Active ACLS, BLS, PALS (or ENPC) and de-escalation training required prior to contract start date; if not active, a course must be booked at clinical orientation.
- Ability to work in a hospital setting with med-surg telemetry patients.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights or varied hours, as assigned.
- Education: Graduate from an approved nursing program with current RN credential.
- Experience: Med-surg telemetry/acute care experience or demonstrated competency in similar nursing responsibilities preferred.
