As a Security Guard Unarmed Patrol in Fontana, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a premier automotive location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor access points, and support a secure environment. You will provide outstanding customer service and clear communication while representing Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, and caring culture through teamwork and integrity.

Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities at an automotive facility.
• Monitor entrances, exits, parking areas, vehicle storage areas, and other designated locations; verify authorized access and maintain accurate visitor and vehicle activity records.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the business, perimeter, parking lots, and automotive inventory areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; communicate observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as appropriate.
• Document incidents, patrol findings, and policy violations in clear, timely reports while following established site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
