Mechanical Estimator II - Budgets & Bids
Southland Industries
Southland Industries is seeking an experienced estimator to prepare preliminary budgets, conceptual and detailed estimates for mechanical projects in Virginia. You will analyze drawings, perform material take-offs, and price units while coordinating with subcontractors and vendors. Strong communication, cost analysis, and software skills (Excel, Auto Bid) are essential.
