Mechanical Estimator II - Budgets & Bids

Southland Industries

Dulles, VA

Southland Industries is seeking an experienced estimator to prepare preliminary budgets, conceptual and detailed estimates for mechanical projects in Virginia. You will analyze drawings, perform material take-offs, and price units while coordinating with subcontractors and vendors. Strong communication, cost analysis, and software skills (Excel, Auto Bid) are essential. Minimum 3 years in mechanical construction estimating; degree in CM/Engineering preferred, or equivalent technical training. #J-18808-Ljbffr Southland Industries
