Why You’ll Love Working for Us Quarterly bonus up to 10% per annum, monthly private health insurance allowance 5 weeks annual leave, pro rata long service leave after 5 years, paid parental leave $10K employee referral bonus What You’ll Do Drive ventilation planning across LOM, quarterly, weekly and monthly horizons to support production, safety and long-term mine strategy, ensuring all statutory requirements and records are accurately maintained. Lead clear ventilation coordination and communication by defining constraints, issuing instructions, and providing direction to mining teams, underground personnel, contractors and graduates. Support continuous improvement and project delivery through involvement in ventilation projects, capital infrastructure planning, and monitoring of ventilation system performance. What You’ll Bring Tertiary qualifications in Mining Engineering, or a related discipline plus Demonstrated experience within Underground Engineering with exposure to longhole drilling, blasting, ventilation, projects, planning and scheduling - preferably gold Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, and mining software such as Deswik CAD with experience with Ventsim would be highly regarded.
