With a significant lead-generation platform, marketing and appointment-setting support, and an established wealth-management platform, you'll have the resources to focus on what you do best - building trust, delivering thoughtful advice, and winning new business. The ideal candidate is a proven financial advisor with 3-5+ years of client-facing experience, an active Series 65 or 66, strong presentation and closing skills, and a consultative, client-first approach Salary $65,000 - $80,000 First-Year Draw Responsibilities Meet with pre-qualified prospective clients to understand their financial goals, retirement needs, and concerns Conduct discovery meetings and identify wealth management and retirement planning opportunities Develop and present customized financial strategies and educate clients on recommended solutions Build trusted relationships and confidently close new business Collaborate with internal planning, service, marketing, and operations teams Maintain accurate client records using CRM and financial planning technology Follow applicable compliance and regulatory requirements while staying current on financial products and industry trends Requirements 3-5+ years of experience as a Financial Advisor or similar client-facing financial services professional Active Series 65 or Series 66 license Proven track record of presenting financial recommendations and closing business Strong communication, presentation, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills Comfortable using CRM and financial planning software Holistic or education-based financial planning experience preferred CFP certification and bachelor's degree preferred Benefits 401(k) with company match PTO + Paid Holidays Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage Advisor compensation on qualifying annuity and life insurance revenue and net recurring advisory revenue Uncapped long-term earning potential with OTE of $200K-$350K Quarterly employee events and professional development opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr Boutique Recruiting
