Location

Los Angeles, CA — Hybrid role offering a balance of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility.

This position requires active California Bar admission and at least 4 years of hands-on personal injury litigation experience; these qualifications are mandatory.

Job Description

• Manage a full caseload of personal injury matters, including complex and high-exposure cases
• Evaluate claims, assess liability and damages, and develop litigation strategy
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda
• Take and defend depositions and participate in mediations and settlement negotiations
• Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and other proceedings
• Communicate effectively with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
• Collaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to move cases efficiently

Qualifications

• Active California Bar license in good standing
• 4+ years of personal injury litigation experience
• Strong writing, analytical, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage cases independently while working effectively within a team
• Experience in plaintiff, defense, in-house, or solo practice environments considered
